How do I reset my modem?

If you are experiencing a loss of connectivity with your modem, press the small green button on the back to turn it off. Wait 30 seconds, then turn it on again. Alternatively, you may unplug the entire modem and wait 30 seconds prior to plugging it in again. 

Note: the modem will require ~30 seconds to 1 minute to reboot and re-establish connectivity after restarting.
